Friday 11th March 2022, Luton UK. Preparing to make traditional onion bhaji's at King Curry tandoori. Basic raw ingedients ready to be mixed are chunked raw onion, Mung daal lentils, chopped corriander, chopped oorange and green peppers. All are placed in a huge bowl and mixed by hand. After the raw ingredients and spices are mixed in, some raw eggs are added to bind the ingredients together. Here the hand formed onion bhajis are seen frying in vegetable oil in a large wok.
